My name is Lydia, and I would describe myself first and foremost as a true lover of food—driven by a passion for discovery, creativity, and expression through the art of gastronomy.
I trained at the Florence University of the Arts in Florence, Italy, where I completed a two-year Food and Wine program. There, I immersed myself in the Italian approach to cuisine—one that celebrates high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, crafted into simple yet deeply satisfying dishes.
In everything I create, my goal is to convey a sense of generosity, belonging, and delight. I cannot wait for you to experience these values through my services as a private chef.
